How long does it usually take modeling agencies to respond to online submissions?

I just submitted pictures of myself online to a few modeling agencies like click, ford, and elite and i was wondering if they are interested how long does it take them to answer? And how does the online submission of photos usually work after youve sent them?

    4-5 business days

Most agencies reply within 2 weeks, maximum 3 weeks if they are interested. If they aren’t, many agencies don’t bother responding at all. So if it’s been 3 weeks and no response then they are not interested

I can tell you how it works because I used to be on the other end. Every submission is first reviewed by one of the assistants who either immediately junk them (about 90% go right into the trash as they aren’t at all model material) or pass them on to the agent they work for. Then the agents do the same thing – they either trash the ones they don’t see potential in, or print out those that do have potential, which get reviewed at their next meeting with the other agents (these agency meeting with all agents, bookers and the agency directors are either held weekly or every other week depending on the agency). The agency board then decide of all the photos the different agents bring in which will be thrown out, which will be asked for additional photos and which will be called to come in for a meeting
