Acting and Modeling

I have 15 years and looking for a modeling agency to do a little good clean working. I am a white woman and most modeling agencies I’ve heard of have a preference for Westerners. I can also speak enough Japanese to get around and tell me that sounds like a very natural (I do not mean to sound like I’m bragging, but if that would help make commercial or something like that). Does anyone know of any websites that can check?
