I started up a new project which consist of bass/guitar/drums. The sound that I’m going for here is a blend of reggae/dub/rock. We’ve been playing together for a few weeks but we managed to record our second jam session so I put up a few demos. Wanting to get a sax, trombone or a trumpet player in the mix. We currently have a four piece with much more room to grow. The line up is currently guitar/percussion/keys, guitar/drums/keys, drums/keys, bass.

We’re still getting to know our sound but what we’ve got going on hearkens back to Fela Kuti, I’ve noticed.

We’re influenced by Nik Barsch’s Ronin, Tortoise, Radiohead, Jaga Jazzist, Battles, Mars Volta, Fela Kuti… and much more as you might assume.
