Into that mix a diva soprano, a hopeful ingénue, and a ferocious Italian wife, add an extra Otello, a nervous General Manager and an eager bellhop and you have a comedy guaranteed to bring ovations of laughter.

Gloriously witty adaptation of the Broadway musical about Professor Henry Higgins, who takes a bet from Colonel Pickering that he can transform unrefined, dirty Cockney flower girl Eliza Doolittle into a lady, and fool everyone into thinking she really is one, too! He does, and thus young aristocrat Freddy Eynsford-Hill falls madly in love with her. But when Higgins takes all the credit and forgets to acknowledge her efforts, Eliza angrily leaves him for Freddy, and suddenly Higgins realizes he’s grown accustomed to her face and can’t really live without it.

Synopsis:
The story takes place at the castellated abbey of the “happy and dauntless and sagacious” Prince Prospero. Prospero and one thousand other nobles have taken refuge in this walled abbey to escape the Red Death, a terrible plague with gruesome symptoms that has swept over the land. Victims are overcome by convulsions and sweat blood. The plague is said to kill within half an hour. Prospero and his court are indifferent to the sufferings of the population at large. They intend to await the end of the plague in luxury and safety behind the walls of their secure refuge, having welded the doors shut.

The company describes their film, ”Ride the Thunder” as a passionate film that honors our Vietnam Veterans and is based on the critically acclaimed book. According to their IMDB page, the film will be produced by Hula Girls Productions and directed by Fred Koster. The film was shooting in Hawaii this spring and their FB page has a good amount of stills from that shoot.

The book, Ride the Thunder: A Vietnam War Story of Honor and Triumph is written by former United States Marine Corps Major Richard Botkin . The book tells the heroic story of a few American and Vietnamese Marines who fought brilliantly and attempted to turn the tide of the Vietnam War. Richard Botkin’s book is described as offering a fresh, provocative look at the Vietnam War and offers insights into the stories of this group of heroes.

Synopsis:
A beautiful girl, Snow White, takes refuge in the forest in the house of seven dwarfs to hide from her stepmother, the wicked Queen. The Queen is jealous because she wants to be known as “the fairest in the land,” and Snow White’s beauty surpasses her own. The dwarfs grow to love their unexpected visitor, who cleans their house and cooks their meals. But one day while the dwarfs are at their diamond mine, the Queen arrives at the cottage disguised as an old peddler woman and persuades Snow White to bite into a poisoned apple. The dwarfs, warned by the forest animals, rush home to chase the witch away, but they are too late to save Snow White from the poisoned apple. They place her in a glass coffin in the woods and mourn for her.
